Leyley

     Model, actress, wrestler. taekwondo fighter, pageant girl, bodyguard, rapper, songwriter Leyley orginally from Oakland, CA. Leyley first entertainment industry at the age of 12 when she was accepted into Susan Page Modeling in Honolulu, Hawaii. Leyley was already known in her hometown of Oakland, CA for dancing in every talent show at her school, Lakeview Elementary, but his was her first taste of being a model. Leyley modeled in a big fashion show thrown by Susan Page. She also did a dance performance that her mother, Lisa Joy Ford, helped choreograph. Just as Leyley started buzzing on the island of Hawaii, Leyley and her family moved back to the mainland. 

     When Leyley was 14, her and her family moved to Lake Elsinore. CA . Leyley attended a modeling school called John Robert Powers in Corono, CA. Very shortly after entering the school Leyley was given the opportunity to teach her own class, demonstrating modeling etiquette for those wanting to break into the modelling world. One day an undercover modeling recruiter joined her class. Leyley was signed with a Los Angeles based modeling agency call Coast to Coast. She was also signed with a sister agency in Miami, FL called 305. Between the two agencies, Leyley did print work for companies such as Nike (2006), Converse (2006), Goody (2007), American Eagle (2007), Go Daddy (2009), The Finalist (2009), DMIG Clothing and Handbags (2012), and Harley Davidson (2013). She also worked acting jobs for companies such as I Fashion TV (internet ad 2006), Gardisil Hispanic (Commercial 2006), Matel (Commercial 2010). Runway included companies such as Swim Week in Miami (2008), Ed Hardy (2008) and Pageant vs Pinup (2012). Leyley also participated in pageants; Miss Hollywood 2011 (2nd Runner Up), Miss California 2011 (Trophy for Most Athletic Body), and Miss California 2012 (Top Ten). 

     During this time exploring her girly side, Leyley also had a very athletic side. She began training in taekwondo from the end of 2004-2006. Leyley became good rather quickly. In those two short years she obtained gold medal in many tournaments around the United States. The biggest tournaments were California Opening (2006), National Qualifier (2006), and the Jr Olympics (2006). In 2013 Leyley obtained a physical trainer certificate through International Sports Association. Leyley became a WWE Diva May 5th, 2014. She received training from some of the greatest of all time, including Dusty Rhodes, The Understater, and Sara Amato. A year later Leyley was released from WWE due to injury. Leyley is currently on Netflix. She is on a gameshow called Minute to Win It, episode 2. 

     During all these accomplishments music has always been in the background. Music for Leyley started with her mother, Lisa, writing for her. As Leyley got older and gained some life experience, she began writing her own music. Now this rapper/writer is ready to take on the music industry. She is promoting self-worth and self-respect for all young women.
